Renovation of an educational facility in Long Beach, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program - Phase 3. The work includes Contract No. 1 for General Construction and Contract No. 2 for Electrical Reconstruction at the Lido Complex and Lindell Elementary School. Bids must be made using the standard proposal form as designated by the Instructions to Bidders, sealed in an opaque envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and address, contract name and number, and bid opening date. Each bid must include a security deposit of at least 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or proposals will be rejected within 45 days. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals, or advertise for new proposals if it best serves the district's interests.
