Notice to bidders: To be added to the plan holder list, bidders must obtain a complete set of bid documents by either downloading the package for a non-refundable $100 fee or ordering printed copies from Island Digital Reprographics for a refundable $50 deposit by business check made payable to LONG BEACH PS. The deposit for printed documents is refundable only if the plans and specifications are returned in good condition with no handwritten notations within 30 calendar days after the bid opening date. All deposits will be forfeited to the school district after 30 days, and any person or corporation who fails to submit a bid will forfeit their deposit in its entirety.
