Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Repairing the steps and the tile floors in Alan Sanford Davis Park Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: XU, BRUCE. Alan Sanford Davis Park (ASD Park) needs repairs on its steps and tile floors. See the attached Plans. Scope of Work Request a proposal for complete and in place, for the following: Scope 1: step repair o Section A - B o Section B - C o Section C - D o Section D - E Scope 2: step repair o Section E - F Scope 3: step repair o Section G - H Scope 4: tile floor repair o Open the tile floor and remove the tree roots o Backfill the foundation to make it level with the top of the steps. The composition of the backfill materials should be consistent with that of the existing foundation. o Install the same or similar type of tiles Notes Notify the Contract Administrator if there are any deviations from the scope of work before proceeding. Time of Performance o Provide a schedule two (2) weeks after notice to proceed. o One year from notice to proceed.
