Replace the fence at Puu Nana with what is specified Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Bento, Spencer. The State of Hawaii, Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS), Office of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), owns and operates remote radio facilities located statewide (State Radio Facilities) and at State office buildings. State Radio Facilities support mission critical microwave radio systems (including the HAwaii Wide Area Integrated Information Access Network (HAWAIIAN) digital microwave, and the shared State of Hawaii - US Coast Guard Anuenue Communications System), and land mobile radio systems including the statewide Hawaii Wireless Interoperability Network (HIWIN). Site Location Puu Nana, Molokai Located about 5 miles west of the Molokai Airport off Maunaloa Road, State Route 460. A 1/2 mile dirt access trail leads south to the Puu Nana Radio Facility (sometimes referred to as "site"). This remotely located site does not have a street address. Four-wheel drive is required for access Bidders must notify ETS of its intent to attend the site walk via HIePRO no later than 2:00PM December 24, 2025. If ETS does not receive notification from any Bidders, ETS is under no obligation to conduct the site walk.
