Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9 (FTZ) is soliciting bids for electrician services to install a Battery Energy Storage System at the Hawaii Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9 warehouse, Pier 2 location, in Honolulu. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawai'i Contractor's license classification(s) B or C-13, and at least one satisfactory Battery Energy Storage System reference project in Hawaii. See attachments for detailed requirements. The services described herein shall commence upon a written Notice to Proceed. Services shall be completed within six (6) months from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are fixed at the sum of TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25.00) for each and every calendar day the CONTRACTOR fails to perform, in whole or in part, any of his/her obligations specified hereunder.
