Description

Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade recreation facility.

Bidders must be licensed as contractors, in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS. Bids must be submitted in hardcopy by the specified deadline to the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu. THE PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING GENERAL ITEMS LISTED BELOW AND SHALL BE THE TOTAL WORK AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS: BASIC BID (DANGEROUS ANIMALS HOLDING AREAS): SHALL INCLUDE ALL SITE a CONCRETE WORK (WALLS a FOUNDATION), PLUMBING, a ELECTRICAL WORK. ADDITIVE ALTERNATE f1: SHALL INCLUDE CAMERA & CABLE DROPS - SEE ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS FOR ADDITIONAL NOTES.
