Submission of any Requests for Information shall be submitted through the Hawaii State e-Procurement electronic by 4:00pm on December 9, 2025. the award of the contract, however, the right will be reserved to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defects or technicalities as may be deemed best for the interest of the State.
