Scope of work shall include, but not limited to, repairing termite damage on window stops, casings, and moldings, repairing and recoating doors, and other incidental work required. It is Also Understood and Agreed That Liquidated Damages in the Amount of Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($250.00) for Each and Every Calendar Day in Excess Thereof Prior to Completion of the Contract Shall Be Withheld From Payments Due to the Contractor Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Kato, Eric. Submission of any Requests for Information shall be submitted through the Hawaii State e-Procurement electronic by 4:00pm on December 9, 2025. the award of the contract, however, the right will be reserved to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defects or technicalities as may be deemed best for the interest of the State.
