The project involves roof, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work at Funston Elementary School and McAuliffe Elementary School. Bids must be submitted electronically and require a 5% bid bond and 100% payment and performance bond for the base contract price. Contractors must use the forms issued as part of the bidding documents. Bidding contractors are required to obtain bidding documents from the Architect of Record.
