The purpose is to obtain competitive pricing for the construction of a Welcome Center and Pole Barn at the Palm Beach Shooting Sports Complex. All work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. Required documents include any modifications, agreements, addenda, terms and conditions, invitations to bid, drawings and specifications, and permits. Technical specifications and construction plans are available upon request via a completed Confidentiality Exemption Form. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit to qualify. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the solicitation number and date/time of opening, as digital submissions will be deemed non-responsive. Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager by the specified deadline. Any challenges to the specifications must be made in accordance with outlined protest procedures. The Commission encourages diversity through subcontracting and requests compliance with related programs. Bids received after the specified date and time will be rejected.
