The City of West Palm Beach is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable firms to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed basis under a continuing services contract pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. The required areas of qualification include Surveying Services, Landscape Architect, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Structural Systems, and Geotechnical Analysis. Proposers are responsible for submitting one original, one electronic version on a flash drive, and five copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the solicitation number, title, submittal deadline date, and time. Proposals must be time-stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline. The City will not be responsible for any delays in submission. Solicitation documents are available electronically and free of charge through the City’s designated third party website, DemandStar. The City only recognizes solicitation documents and addenda posted on DemandStar as official procurement documents.
