Proposal is hereby made to furnish and deliver to the LADWP, care of Site Construction Supervisor or Storekeeper, f.o.b. tank materials, at Harbor Generating Station, 161 North Island Ave., Wilmington, CA 90744, in accordance with IFB Number 144634, the following: 1 1 EACH NAICS 332420 Complete set for 1.16 million gallon tank, 75' Diameter by 35' Height tank, cone roof, flat-bottom, welded carbon steel, tank, which includes tank detailed drawings, ASTM A36 tank floor plates, ASTM A36 tank shell plates, ASTM A36 tank roof plates, rafters, anchor chairs if required, anchor bolts, roof hatch with locking hasp, roof vent,(1) 12" overflow connection, (1) 4" outlet connection, (3) 6" inlet connections, (1) 8" inlet connection, structural risers, (2) 4" instrument connections, (1) 3" instrument connection, (2) 30" tank shell manholes, (2) 12" Nominal Pipe Size nozzles, interior ladder, exterior spiral staircase, roof guardrails, toeboards, (2) ground pads, and AWWA D100 nameplate. All tank steel plates shall be squared, re-squared, rolled, and pre-cut.
