Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakeside Marblehead, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the Johnson Island Water Main Extension OEPA/DEFA WSRLA Funded Project. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas, LLC. The project has two contracts: Contract A with an opinion of probable construction cost of $2,200,000 and substantial completion required within 210 days from notice to proceed, and Contract B with an opinion of probable construction cost of $5,400,000 and substantial completion required within 365 days from notice to proceed. Final restoration for both contracts must be completed within 30 days from substantial completion. The project is funded by the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Program, administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals apply, and there is a policy encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). Bidders are responsible for checking for and obtaining all addenda from the provided website. Bid documents can be ordered online for a fee. Bids must adhere to all stated requirements.
