Site work for a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labour, supervision, materials, plant, equipment, layout, survey, permits, and inspections, and related services to Bear Creek Park - Throwing Areas and Fencing as noted in the Contract Drawings. Furnish certificates confirming work conforms to requirements of Authorities having jurisdiction. The Work generally includes, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing javelin throw and hard surfacing, track surface and installation of new rubberized surfacing, new Hammer & Disc Cage, Steeple Chase, Shotput, new perimeter fencing renovation of the existing natural grass fields including irrigation, drainage works, new asphalt and/or concrete where required, and grading as per the attached plans and specifications.
