Site work for a water / sewer project in Peoria Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project involves locating a provided list of service connections, inspecting and/or replacing approximately 275 lead or galvanized service lines, identifying and documenting service connection materials, meeting federal notification requirements, distributing Owner-purchased pitcher filters and filter cartridges, and providing all materials, equipment, construction, and services inherent to the work. Service connections are to be continuously investigated and/or replaced until approved funds have been expended. Bidding is per Illinois statutes and municipal codes. Bidders must comply with federal and state requirements, including regulations for use of disadvantaged business enterprises, and must take affirmative steps to assure their inclusion. Compliance with the State Revolving Fund Loan Program terms and the Owner's policies and procedures included in the bidding documents is required. Bids must be submitted with bid security at 5% of the total bid. Questions must be received by 4:00 p.m. local time on February 2, 2026 to be answered.
