Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Updates to the roofing, electrical systems, and fire alarm systems in Etherington Hall. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been awarded. This is a multi-year, phased project consisting of five primary scope areas: Roof Replacement, Elevator Replacement, Electrical Upgrades, Fire Alarm Upgrades, and HVAC Upgrades. The work will be delivered across two separate construction packages, each of which will be tendered and administered independently. The Consultant is required to prepare, coordinate, and issue two complete design packages, including full specifications, drawings, cost estimates, and tender support. The Consultant will also be required to provide construction administration services for each package, recognizing that these contracts will be delivered in different years.
