QA date change from 01/12/2026 to 01/16/2026 as per adda 1. 2-Step IFB #160202 Provide services, associated with a turnkey assessment/inspection, repair, and maintenance services for VDOT owned and/or operated Stormwater Facilities located within the right-of-way for the entire geographical areas of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties (NOVA District). The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT" and/or "The Department") is soliciting sealed technical proposals and bids from qualified firms to establish a two (2) year contract through a competitive 2-Step Invitation for Bids process for the provision of services, associated with a turnkey assessment/inspection, repair, and maintenance services for VDOT owned and/or operated Stormwater Facilities located within the right-of-way for the entire geographical areas of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties (NOVA District). The initial contract period is for two (2) years from the date of award with three (3) additional optional one (1) year renewal periods. Any questions regarding this 2-step invitation for bid shall be addressed to Kimberly Palmer at kimberly.palmer@vdot.virginia.gov. The subject line header should state the following: Questions on 2-Step IFB # 160202. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST/EDT on January 12, 2026. VDOT cannot guarantee a response to questions received after January 12, 2026. No questions will be addressed orally.
