Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cumberland, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.

This project includes various upgrades to the parking lot in Grove 4 of Constitution Park, including regrading, paving, stormwater management, landscaping, and accessible parking and sidewalk improvements. A Proposal Guaranty (Bond or Certified Check) in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000, at the time the contract is executed. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
