The Contractor is to supply equipment, materials and labor to perform construction services to include but not be limited to the following 1. Demolition of all walls, ceilings, floors, electrical and mechanical systems. 2. The installation of multiple split HVAC system including ducting and controls. 3. The design of new walls, floors, ceilings, floors, electrical and mechanical systems. 4. The installation of computer and communication systems. 5. Fire Sprinkler and alarm systems. The construction includes but not be limited to the following: 1. One (1) - PET/CT Patient Scanning Room. 2. One (1) - PET/CT Control Room. 3. One (1) - PET/CT Equipment Room. Included in the Contractors SOW: 1. Scanning of all flooring work. 2. Installation of "Heat Detectors" if fire sprinklers are disabled. 3. Build 1-HR Construction partitions, supply fire extinguishers. 4. INFECTION CONTROL & INTERIUM LIFE SAFETY MEASURES (Attached). Located at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ this project involves the the preparation of approximately 800 SF of space for the future installation of the New PetCT Scanner including demolition, HVAC systems, interior finishes, and fire sprinkler and alarm.
