Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the addition of a 17,200-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and 14,300-square-foot parking garage.
Laveen ESD Transportation and District Office FCI Constructors, Inc is currently accepting bids for the Laveen School District Transportation Addition and District Office Renovations. The New Transportation Building is a 15,000sf PEMB. The addition to existing Support Services Building D is 2,200sf of conditioned space and 14,300sf in covered parking. The project also includes civil improvements to parking, retention, and baseball field renovations. Construction anticipated to begin in Spring 2026.
