Kitchen bar demolition and reconstruction The City of New Orleans solicits bids to obtain services to demolish and replace a bar at the Joseph Bartholomew Golf Course Clubhouse Restaurant. Approximately 55 square feet of bar top granite, 21 square feet of vertical granite and 61 square feet of facia tile (with accompanying framing) to be demolished and replaced with white granite or quartz (in all three sections) along the following framing: 2x4 framing, top sheeting 3/4 inch plywood if using 3cm stone or 2 sheets of 5/8 inch plywood if using 2cm stone. Front sheeting 3/4 plywood; all framing and sheeting to be pressure treated. All materials to be disposed of offsite at contractor's expense Questions are due December 16, 2025 by 4:00 P.M. via online or email maxie.birch@nola.gov
