Sealed bids will be received for the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) for Chiller Replacement at Dr. Milton Becnel, 7301 Dwyer Rd., New Orleans, LA 70126, Project Number: ITB25-FAC-0068. Complete bidding documents may be obtained from Pivotal Engineering LLC. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or the Orleans Parish School Board Bid Bond Form written by a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount, written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana. Surety and bonding requirements are specified. Bids shall be accepted from contractors licensed for the classification of Mechanical Work (Statewide). Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not required but highly encouraged, and bidders must state on the bid form that they are familiar with the project site. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after receipt of bids, except under specific circumstances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. All requirements in the Instructions to Bidders and within the bid documents are incorporated by reference and must be followed.
