Remodeling of a municipal facility in Bradenton, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The EMS logistics team and supplies will move to a new building near the Public Safety Complex. Once relocated, remodeling their current space for the growing code enforcement division will improve efficiency and support future growth. The remodel will include storage areas, a conference room for 30, 12 workstations, 4 administrative offices, 4 lieutenant offices, a chief's office, a small kitchen with a sink and refrigerator, and, if possible, separate men’s and women’s bathrooms. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 16, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
