Part 1 Location Description State Route/Section Engineering District 11-0 / Part Name: CI for HSIP Lane Departure and HFST 2026 Project Description: ECMS 122904, HSIP Lane Departure and HFST 2026:For the installation of various safety improvements including milling and paving operations, high friction surface treatments, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for the HSIP Lane Departures, ALLEGHENY, BEAVER, and LAWRENCE COUNTY, VARIOUS MUNICIPALITIES, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.This project being situated as follows:At various high crash locations in Allegheny, Beaver, and Lawrence County. Both state owned roads and Allegheny County owned roads.Requested Staffing: 1-TCIS with NECEPT Bituminous Field Technician certification and PennDOT Certified Concrete Field Testing certification, 1-TCI with bituminous cert, 1-TCI with concrete cert and one of these TCI's will assist with office dutiesAnticipated Completion Date: December 3, 2026 Anticipated NTP: April 20, 2026 Project Time: Day and Night time The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in this agreement shall be 0 of the total agreement cost.
