A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work for the replacement of Round Lake Road Bridge over Long Lake Outlet, BIN 2205740, in the Town of Forestport, Oneida County, New York. Bids are to be submitted on the proposal form(s) provided and must not be detached from the Proposal Booklet. A deposit of 5% of the base bid, in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to the County of Oneida, is required. A Performance Bond not less than 100% of bid price is also required. Bid packages are to be sealed and marked with the bidder's name, address, project name, and bid reference number, and sent to the Oneida County Department of Purchasing. Failure to comply with submission instructions, including not providing the required bid deposit or submitting on detached forms, will result in automatic disqualification. The contract is subject to compliance with prevailing wage rate requirements and the successful completion of the OSHA 10-hour construction safety and health course for all laborers, workers, and mechanics on site. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the date set for opening.
