Base Bid: Consists of all demolition/removals and renovations related to the installation of replacement rooftop HVAC unit (RTU-1); modifying & upgrading hydronic control valves and BMS Controls in the Level 2 - Southeast Wing; modifying & upgrading existing interior SF#6 AHU serving the Level 2 - Science Wing, including replacing classroom BMS stats, and pneumatic controls (AHU damper & MV); air balancing two HVAC systems; and programming & setup of new BMS controls and graphics. uestion Deadline 01/07/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All inquiries and Tendering questions are to be submitted in writing via emailSeparate Price Option#1: ~ Consists of all costs associated with upgrading the existing gas lines on both the Central Algoma Secondary School roof, as well as on the Central Algoma Elementary School roof, and the Daycare Wing roof. The Scope of Work for this SPO#1, includes the following: 1) Upgrading and/or replacing existing 'gas line roof supports' to meet current Gas Code requirements and spacings, and suit detail shown on Drawing. Adjust elevation of gas line as required. 2) Adding gas line 'swing joints' for all existing gas line transitions at change in roof heights, at indicated locations shown on drawings, 3) Adding new gas line route yellow 'vertical markers', and adding new gas regulator or gas isolation valve locations with blue 'vertical markers', so that they are easily found when roof is full of snow.
