Replacement and rehabilitation of the Central Utility Plant (CUP) roof at Portland International Airport with a combination of overlay and reconstruction. The work includes demolition of portions of the roof assembly; repairing local areas of wet roof; removal of catwalks, the lightning protection assembly, and the fall protection system; providing flashing, electrical conduits, stairs, guardrails, and ballasted fall protection; and adjustments to existing utility roof penetrations. Demolition of portions of roof assembly. Repair localized wet roof areas. Adjust existing utility roof penetrations.
