The Scope of work includes: Masonry Construction: Construct partition walls using new CMW blocks to match existing in size, texture, and color Mortar joints to match existing color, finish, and tooling Walls to be built to a height of 7 feet to provide visual privacy Walls to be built to a width of 6 to 7 feet space within each privacy quarter refer to drawings on the bottom for recommended spacing in between partitions. No doors to be included in the partitioned spaces Finishes: Paint new walls to match the existing interior finish Vinyl base to match the existing one Provide adequate on-site supervision to ensure walls are flush, plumb, level, and visually consistent with the extinguish construction Coordinate layout to ensure rooms are evenly distributed and maximize usable space.
