Site work for a water / sewer project in Hamilton Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the replacement of approximately 1,700 feet of a combination of 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron watermain and 51 water services along Sandharbor Court. The estimated contract value is $900,000. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty as required by Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54, either as a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid, or a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid. The successful contractor must file a performance bond for the amount of the contract. Warren County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and enter into a contract with the bidder offering the lowest and best bid. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 at 4:00 PM ET No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing to Kathryn Gilbert, P.E. at KGilbert@warrencountyohio.gov.
