The project is located at 977 Fox Street, Bronx, NY 10459 (the Site). Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACM) that will be impacted by the proposed renovation and at all areas that will be affected or impacted by the work in this Contract. All asbestos material is to be disposed of as ACM waste. The Asbestos Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials complete for performance of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
