**As of February 26, 2026, the project was awarded to E&B Paving but the awarded amount is not available.** The project involves road work on the following sections: Veterans Blvd from SR 32 to Plum St Intersection; Anderson Rd from Plum Street Intersection to Dead End Near the Airport; Ellerdale Rd from Eastman Rd to Crestview Ct; Hampton Ln from Crestview Ct to Avalon Ln; Eastman Rd from SR 32 to Avalon Ln curve; Idlewood Dr from Gaywood Dr to Eastman Rd; Millcreek Dr from Plum Ave to Cul-de-sac Northeast Back to Plum Ave, all located in Chesterfield, Indiana. Construction shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of the 2024 Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. Bidders must submit a completed Itemized Proposal, completed Form 96 with required attachments, Non-discrimination affidavit, Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid, and other required bidding documents as described in the instructions to bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide Workmen's Compensation, Employee's Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive irregularities in the bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding the contract.
