The Town of Londonderry, NH is seeking qualifications from engineering firms to provide on-call general engineering services as the need arises. Multiple qualified firms with expertise in one or more engineering disciplines will be selected, rather than a single multi-disciplined firm. The goal is to secure multiple firms that the Town can rely on to complete specialized tasks under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Selection does not guarantee award of any work. Qualified consulting engineering firms must be licensed to practice in New Hampshire and provide sufficient documentation and references as to their abilities. The selection process will be Qualifications Based Selection (QBS). The selection duration is three years, with the Town holding the option to extend annually for up to two additional years. Firms must submit one original, three copies, and one electronic PDF of the Letter of Interest (LOI) to the public works administrative office by the specified deadline. Late, emailed, or faxed submittals will not be considered. All decisions will be made by the Londonderry Public Works Director or an authorized agent. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, waive formalities and informalities, accept the submittal deemed in the best interest of the Town, reduce the scope of work, or limit the work as may be deemed necessary.
