The Town of Londonderry, NH is seeking qualifications from planning and construction management firms to serve as the Owner's Project Manager (OPM) for the design and construction of a new Public Works Facility at 120 High Range Road, Londonderry, NH. The OPM will assist the Town with all aspects of the project including strategic planning, estimating, design review, construction management, invoicing, and permitting. The OPM must have New Hampshire licensed architects and/or professional engineers on staff with experience in municipal facilities of comparable size, function, and value. Selection will be Qualifications Based Selection; firms should submit a letter of interest demonstrating relevant background. Shortlisted consultants will be interviewed. Consultant selection will cover the complete construction of the new facility. Work is not guaranteed, is performance-based, and will be awarded by task orders for each phase. Continued task orders depend on available budget. Selection may extend to future building projects.
