The contract covered by this tender is required for a period of 60 months from its effective date. The probable start date for services is 1 February 2026. No tender bond is required. All tenderers should note that if they decline to proceed with their tender, the Corporation may reject any tender submitted by that tenderer to the Corporation for the next two years. Tenderers wishing to receive clarification regarding the tender must send a written request to the email address below, clearly stating the contract number. The Company reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a tenderer if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
