Snow and Ice Removal Services are required to maintain the facility in a clean, neat, and professional condition, free of unwanted debris, to enhance public relations and ensure safety. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform snow and ice removal on all designated areas, including parking lots, driveways, walkways, and entrances, ensuring safe access for personnel and visitors. Services must be performed promptly during inclement weather to prevent hazardous conditions and maintain operational readiness. The period of performance includes one 12-month base period with four additional 12-month option periods. Location: TEC 3 Olaf A. Frederikson USARC, 198 Cornwall Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527, USA All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via Email no later than 10:00 AM EST on Monday 26 Dec 2025 to the Contract Specialist: Michael Hull at michael.j.hull40.civ@army.mil and the Contracting Officer: Sharon Wilson- Emmons at sharon.wilson-emmons. civ@army.mil . The questions will be answered all at once and uploaded via Procurement Integrated enterprise Environment (PIEE) solicitation module posting after the question period has ended.
