Milford Haven Dredging and Jetty Repair Special Announcement: Industry Day The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Norfolk District (NAO) is hosting a VIRTUAL Industry Day event on 15 January 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST) for dredging industry contractors interested in the future Milford Haven Dredging and Jetty Repair contract. Pre-registration is required for this VIRTUAL event. A virtual calendar invite will be sent to registered participants prior to the event. There is no solicitation at this time. The event is neither a marketing opportunity for businesses, nor will it promote upcoming projects. The project consists of hydraulic maintenance or mechanical dredging of Milford Haven Channel, transporting dredged material by pipeline for placement within designated beach sites, performing minor site work at the placement areas, and restoring the adjacent jetty structure. Dredging will cover a portion of the authorized channel to a depth of -10 feet mean lower low water (MLLW), including 1 foot of allowable overdepth. Jetty repair will involve removing old stone, installing sheet piles, and placing new stone. Draft drawings and specifications have been provided for industry feedback, and the final solicitation is anticipated in the fourth quarter of FY2028. **Location:** Milford Haven Federal Navigation Channel, Gwynn, Virginia. Work estimated between $100,000 and $5,000,000. Periods of Performance Jobs in excess of 24 months are to be weighted at .12. Jobs of lesser duration are to be proportionately weighted to a minimum of .03 for jobs not to exceed 30 days. No weight where additional time not required.
