Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Park Hills, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and fire / police facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the supply and installation of the Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings for both the Law Enforcement Academy and Athletic Complex, including site grading and site utilities. Both buildings are included in a single bid and will be constructed near the same timeframe. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, must be paid to all workers performing work on the jobsite. Drawings and specifications will be available from the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager and Mineral Area College reserve the right to waive technicalities, select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids. Information regarding bidding instructions and requirements for bidding documents can be obtained from the Construction Manager.
