A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project scope includes the construction of Lift Station Improvements with all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances, according to NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Princeton specifications, to serve 182 lots on approximately 31 acres. Bidders are instructed that a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference must be attended for their bids to be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check from a responsible bank in Texas or a Bid Bond from a surety authorized to do business in Texas, equal to five percent of the total bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid deemed advantageous and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.
