Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible Membrane Filtration System (MFS) Equipment Suppliers for the procurement of the MFS equipment as part of the 2025 EMC 6.0 MGD MBR Wastewater Expansion, and for related pre-construction and design services. Proposals should demonstrate the supplier’s qualifications and ability to provide MFS equipment. The project will use the alternative delivery method of Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC), and the procurement contract for the MFS equipment will be reassigned to the CM/GC after approval of final shop drawings before equipment delivery to site. The following documents are required with bidding documents and/or with contract award: Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with bidding documents, Insurance verification with the bid and Certificate of Insurance at contract signing, 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond posted by the approved contractor at contract signing. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time will not be considered. Bids will be opened on or around the bid closing date, and results will be posted after evaluation. Vendors will be notified of results via email, which will include a spreadsheet of all vendors and submitted bid amounts. All vendors will be notified of the awarded vendor after selection, and the chosen vendor must submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other documentation with a signed contract.
