**As of September 19, 2025, the project was awarded to Probuild Construction Inc, with an awarded amount of $7,686,508.50** Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for the construction of a new 4 Million Gallon AWWA D115 pre stressed water tank located just East of Pole Canyon Blvd. This project includes the excavation for and construction of a 4 million Gallon AWWA D115 tank with the associated access road and site piping as shown in the attached plans & specifications. In order to bid on this project, contractor shall be a qualified pre-stressed AWWA D115 contractor. A qualified prestressed AWWA D115 contractor is a contractor who has completed a minimum of 3 AWWA D115 prestressed tanks larger than or equal to 2 million gallons.
