Construct new roadway on Mid Valley Road from Eagle Mountain Boulevard to Sheps Ridge Road including asphalt pavement, roadside ditch grading, topsoil/reseeding, RCEP culverts, and stormwater storage tanks. Construct new traffic signalized intersection including right and left turn deceleration and acceleration lanes on Eagle Mountain Boulevard including asphalt removal, asphalt pavement, shoulder, roadside ditch grading, and topsoil/reseeding. Provide and install striping and signage and obliterate necessary striping on Eagle Mountain Boulevard and Mid Valley Road. Project to be completed in calendar year 2025. Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents 100% Performance Bond will be submitted to EMC by the approved contractor at contract signing 100% Payment Bond will be submitted to EMC by the approved contractor at contract signing The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
