Site work for a water / sewer project in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Eagle Mountain City is requesting bids from responsible firms or individuals for the construction of a 16" waterline along Pony Express Blvd from the Existing Unity Pass Booster Station to Lake Mountain road. The selected contractor will furnish and install 4800 LF of 16-inch PVC C900 water line along Pony Express. In addition, the contractor will reconnect the existing 12-inch line at Pony Express and Lake Mountain and connect to the 16-inch line in Lake Mountain Road. The connection at Lake Mountain Road must be constructed first with the Pony Express Crossing completed next. The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award. Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing Question Deadline 04/25/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Location online portal. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
