Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Unionville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

This project is to replace the existing dehumidifier units which are to be removed and disposed and install three (3) ARID DRY MS 2600-575 electric desiccant dehumidifier with installed ductwork. Existing support platforms to remain for reuse. Question Deadline: Mon Mar 9, 2026 3:00 PM (EDT) Should a Bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Quotation, or have any questions regarding a Quotation, the Bidder shall direct all inquires to the designated City staff specified on the Quotation cover page.
