Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lockbourne, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,373-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities is receiving bids for construction of the Division of Water Reclamation's Parsons Avenue Water Plant Roof Renovations - Part 2, C.I.P. No. 690291-100007 project. The work consists of roof renovations and repairs at several buildings at Parsons Avenue Water Plant, and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. . All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) will be available for review and download on Bid Express after the IFB is published. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB for a bid to be considered for contract award. If you do not have an account with Bid Express and you would like to review project information or submit a bid, you will need to register for an account at www.bidexpress.com. Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on January 14, 2026, via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The email should reference the project number and the project name. No phone calls will be accepted. Questions will be answered via an addendum issued for the bid.
