This project involves replacement of the HVAC systemfor Unit 51 atthe Chlorine Control building and Zoning/VAV upgrades at the sludge Dewatering Building for the Southerly Waste Water Treatment Facility and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as setforth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB) Question Deadline 05/05/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All questions concerning this bid are to reference the project number and the project name and be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. OEPA DiversityGoal: 5.4% The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible, and best bidder. City certified MBE/WBE firms that submit a bid may be eligible to receive a bid discount of 5% of the bid amount up to a maximum discount of $50,000.00.
