Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bingham Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of the Contractor placing a 2-inch bituminous overlay following a preparatory tack coat onto the existing bituminous pavement. The City will be responsible for sweeping and patching in preparation of the overlay and restoring shoulders following the overlay. A minimum of two weeks' notice is required to allow for adequate time for prepping by the Public Works Department. Sealed bids will be received for the furnishing of work and material for the City of Ham Lake 2026 Bituminous Overlay Project. Bids must be made on the basis of cash payment for the work accompanied by a cash basis, a certified check (from a responsible bank in the State of Minnesota), or a bidder’s bond and made payable without condition to the City of Ham Lake, Minnesota, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
