The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. Metro requests bids for Steam, Wetland, and Upland Restoration Projects. This is Step One of a Two Step Invitation to Bid process (ITB). Step One is a prequalification step for one or more projects. Only those Bidders who prequalify will be able to participate in Step Two. Metro will consider price bids in Step Two. Multiple Step Two ITB requests will be issued following this ITB in calendar years 2026 through 2027. Projects may be subjectto prevailing wage requirements as established by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries(BOLI) and the Davis-Bacon Act(40 U.S.C. 276A). All communications pertaining to this solicitation must be directed to Metro, via email bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.
