Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Norfolk, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Norfolk is requesting sealed proposals for professional architectural/engineering (A/E) design services for the Ta-Ha-Zouka Softball Complex expansion project. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the City's best interest. Proposals will be evaluated based on published best-value criteria. A responsive proposal is one that conforms in all material respects to the requirements. A responsible proposal demonstrates the integrity, capacity, qualifications, financial and technical resources necessary to perform the contract requirements. The City of Norfolk is tax-exempt. All prices shall be F.O.B. City of Norfolk, 309 N 5th Street, Norfolk, Nebraska. Questions must be submitted by December 23, 2025. Addenda will be issued to clarify all inquiries.
