** As of March 19, 2026 project has been awarded to Barron Construction with an amount of $89,000 ** Project work includes, but is not limited to: interior remodeling of existing Police/Fire Department spaces; structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC updates as necessary; construction of a new addition as stated in the specifications; site work, concrete, grading, and utility connections as required; all work to comply with local, state, and federal building codes, public safety standards, and ADA requirements; and cleanup and removal of all construction debris. Detailed project specifications may be obtained at City Hall, 4110 Bedgood Ave, Arabi, GA 31712 during regular business hours. Sealed bids must be clearly marked "Police and Fire Department Remodel and Addition Bid" and delivered to Casey Middlebrooks, City of Arabi, 4110 Bedgood Ave, Arabi, GA 31712. The City of Arabi reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
