For Innovation Drive project awarded to DC construction services, Inc - $193,705.80 For walnut Street Project awarded to Pavement Solutions, Inc. - $118,848.55 The project is called 2026-01 Daleville Road Projects. The scope of work includes improvements to Innovation Drive from SR 67 to QT Semi Entrance and Walnut St from Main St/SR 32 to Commerce Rd/SR 67 in Daleville, Indiana. Construction shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of the 2024 Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. Construction for Walnut St shall be completed between June 1, 2026 and August 1, 2026. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids must be received at the Daleville Town Clerk's office by 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 13, 2026. All bids must include a completed Itemized Proposal, completed Form 96 with required attachments, a non-discrimination affidavit as required by the State of Indiana, bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check), and other bidding documents as described in the instructions. The successful bidder must carry Workmen's Compensation, Employee's Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, all satisfactory to the owner, and furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive irregularities. All bids may be held for up to 60 days before awarding the contract.
