Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.
Sealed bids will be received for the ASD - Idlewood Cottage Area project. Bidding Documents can be reviewed at the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District Engineering Services office. Bidding Documents may be obtained from AA Blueprint upon payment. Each bidder must deposit bid security as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be currently pre-qualified with and in good standing with ODOT, possess work types, and perform work equal to at least 30% of the total bid price. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Ashland County apply. The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to increase, decrease or omit items, or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received. Question Deadline 12/29/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
